How we got here

1 CRM has grown steadily from a focused WhatsApp CRM into a full omnichannel, AI-powered platform. Here are the milestones that got us here — newest first.

    New surfaces: inbox, chat & reviews

    Three new surfaces landed back to back: a triage-grade Inquiries Inbox for the SuperAdmin portal, an embeddable website chat widget as a fourth inbound channel, and end-to-end online reputation management.

  2. Milestone 13

    Five verticals, built deep

    Industry verticals grew from two shallow presets into five deep, purpose-built products — aesthetic clinics joined the lineup, real estate and car rental matured into full operations platforms, and travel & tours and beauty salons shipped as brand-new verticals.

    Multi-channel: Messenger, Instagram & comments

    The WhatsApp inbox grew into an omnichannel one — Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs, story replies and mentions, plus a dedicated Facebook and Instagram post-comment inbox with public and private replies.

    Car rental, in depth

    The car-rental vertical matured with tiered pricing, deposits and mileage, a database-level double-booking guard, vehicle photo galleries, a maintenance log and automated pickup, return and overdue reminders.

    Industry verticals

    Public API & the AI copilot
