We respect your right to control your personal data. This page describes how to request access, export or deletion, and what to expect.
Requesting deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email privacy@1crm.app from the email address associated with your account, or use our contact pageand choose “Product support”. Please include enough detail for us to identify your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and authentication records.
- Business content stored in your workspace — contacts, conversations, messages, media, notes and related records.
- Connected-channel credentials and configuration.
We may retain limited records where required by law, for security, or to resolve disputes, and we will delete or anonymise them once no longer needed.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, or sooner where required by applicable law.
End-customer data
If you are an end customer who has messaged a business that uses 1 CRM, that business is the controller of your data. We act on their behalf as a processor, so please direct your request to the business you contacted. If you reach out to us, we will forward your request to the relevant business where possible.
Your other rights
Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. See our Privacy Policy for more, or contact us to exercise any of these rights.
