Personal WhatsApp
Your own number. Message customers first.
Link your own WhatsApp number by QR or pairing code — no Meta approval, no templates, and the only channel that can message a contact first.
- Linked by QR or pairing code in under a minute
- The only channel that can open a conversation first
- Free-text broadcasts with anti-ban pacing
- Shared team numbers or private personal ones
Her reply lands in this same thread — not a second one
Connected in under a minute
Scan a QR code or enter a phone pairing code. There is no Business Manager to set up, no template to get approved, and no 24-hour window to work around. Connection state is surfaced live — Pending, Connecting, Scan QR, Connected, Disconnected, Logged out, Banned — with reconnect and show-QR actions when a socket drops.
- Per-number label you can rename
- Per-number AI on or off
- Per-number assistant binding that overrides the channel default
The only channel that can go first
Because there is no policy window, a thread can be opened from the inbox for any contact with a phone number — one at a time, deliberately, not as a broadcast. The thread is keyed exactly the way an inbound one is, so when they reply it lands in that same conversation rather than forking a second one.
Shared numbers and private ones
A shared number belongs to the account and its threads sit in the team inbox. A private number is bound to one member: only they can create it, and its conversations appear only in their My Inbox — plus for account admins. That separation is enforced by row-level security in the database, not by a filter in the interface. Private threads never appear in the shared inbox and shared threads never appear in My Inbox. Making a number private is one-way.
Broadcasts your number can survive
Free-text broadcasts go out with anti-ban pacing and a number-health dashboard so you can see how a line is holding up. Underneath, a standalone Go worker holds one live socket per linked number and stores its session in the same database, so a number reconnects after a restart without a new QR scan.
The honest trade-off
This is the unofficial WhatsApp protocol running on your own number, which is why it can do things the Cloud API cannot. It is also why 'Banned' is a real state in the ladder above. Pacing, health monitoring and one-at-a-time thread opening reduce that risk — they do not remove it. Use the Cloud API where you can, and this where the rules genuinely get in your way.
