Where we work

United Arab Emirates

Deadlines, renewals and a client who wants an answer now

The UAE runs on WhatsApp and on deadlines: a licence that expires, a visa that needs renewing, a client asking where their application has got to. The one industry module built for a specific country was built for this one.

  • A business-setup module built for UAE licensing and visas
  • Renewals and obligations on a real calendar
  • Mon–Fri working week respected by the assistant
  • English and Arabic, in the same inbox

What is different here

Running a business in United Arab Emirates

Not a country name substituted into the same page. These are the things that are genuinely different, and that generic software gets wrong.

  • The corporate-services module was built for hereMainland and free-zone formation, visa filings, corporate bank-account applications, PRO work and licence renewals are modelled as first-class records — not as a generic pipeline with UAE words typed into the stage names.
  • The weekend moved, and the assistant knowsThe UAE working week is Monday to Friday with a Saturday–Sunday weekend. Business hours and timezone are account settings the assistant's schedule is evaluated against, so an out-of-hours reply is genuinely out of hours here rather than in Karachi.
  • A client portal, because clients ask constantlyBusiness-setup clients want status more than they want conversation. They can be given a login scoped to their own engagement — and a portal client reads zero of the firm's other rows, enforced at the database level rather than by hiding a menu.
  • Fees, disbursements and supplier costs kept apartGovernment fees paid on a client's behalf are not revenue, and a system that mixes them makes every margin question an argument. The module keeps three money streams separate by design.
  • Reporting in AEDDeal values, invoices and pipeline figures are in dirhams, set per account rather than converted from a default.

The work is deadlines, and deadlines are records

A trade licence, a residence visa and an establishment card all expire, and the firm that remembers first keeps the client. Those dates are records with reminders scheduled against them, so the reminder that goes out three months later is anchored to the real expiry — and sends as an approved WhatsApp template, because by then the reply window closed long ago.

Clinics and consultancies too

Aesthetics is a large Dubai and Abu Dhabi market and has its own module: a diary that cannot double-book, patient records with the conversation attached, treatment plans and prepaid bundles, and invoicing with commissions that never rewrite themselves.

English and Arabic in the same thread

The assistant answers in the language the customer wrote in, using your own instructions. The interface is English; the conversations do not have to be.
