A single script tag mounts an iframe chat UI served by the app. Regenerate the embed token whenever you want, with a clear warning that existing snippets stop working until they're replaced.
Make it yours
Set the primary colour, launcher position, launcher icon and an optional logo. Then set the behaviour: welcome message, away message, an optional pre-chat form, how long before the teaser appears, and a consent line if you need one. Every visitor-facing string can be overridden for localisation or tone.

It's just another channel
Website-chat conversations flow into the same inbox with the same assistant, ownership and hand-off machinery as WhatsApp. The thread header additionally shows which page the visitor is currently on, so an agent picking it up knows what they were looking at. There is no 24-hour window on this channel, so a reply is never blocked by a policy clock.
