Where we work
Pakistan
Built here, for how business is actually done here
Almost every customer conversation in Pakistan happens on WhatsApp, often as a voice note, often in Roman Urdu, and usually on a number that belongs to a person rather than the business. RaabtaHQ is built around that rather than around it being a problem.
- Urdu and Roman Urdu, including voice notes
- Works with your existing WhatsApp Business number
- Sunday-closed weeks and the Friday prayer break
- Click-to-WhatsApp ads tracked through to the sale

What is different here
Running a business in Pakistan
Not a country name substituted into the same page. These are the things that are genuinely different, and that generic software gets wrong.
- Voice notes are the default, not the exceptionA large share of enquiries arrive as a voice note in Urdu or Roman Urdu rather than as text. The assistant transcribes and answers them, so a message nobody had time to listen to is not a lost customer.
- The week runs Monday to SaturdayBusiness hours are set per account and the assistant's schedule is evaluated against them, so “outside working hours” means Sunday here — not the Saturday–Sunday weekend a tool built elsewhere assumes.
- The business number is often a personal numberLinking your own WhatsApp by QR code is a first-class channel rather than a workaround, so a business running entirely on a personal number can be brought into a shared inbox without changing the number customers already have.
- Click-to-WhatsApp is how demand is boughtMeta ads that open a WhatsApp chat are the dominant lead source for Pakistani SMBs. The click id arrives once, on the first message, and is captured and frozen — so the conversion can be reported back when the customer actually pays.
- Prices, invoices and reporting in PKRCurrency is an account setting, so deal values, invoices and pipeline reporting are in rupees rather than converted from a default nobody chose.

The problem is not the software, it is the phone
Most Pakistani businesses already answer customers well. What they do not have is a record of it: the conversation lives on a staff member's phone, the customer history goes with them when they leave, and the enquiry that arrived at 11pm is answered at 9am to someone who has already booked elsewhere. Every part of this product is aimed at that, rather than at replacing a CRM nobody was using.

Answers in the language the customer wrote in
A customer who sends a voice note in Roman Urdu gets an answer in Roman Urdu. The assistant reads your own instructions, your own catalogue and your own hours, so the reply is yours rather than a generic one — and anything it is not sure about goes to a person with the whole thread attached.

Two industries we know well
The two industry modules that matter most here are study-abroad consultancies and aesthetics clinics — both are large, both run almost entirely on WhatsApp, and both have real records behind the conversation that a generic inbox cannot hold. Each has its own tables, screens and staff roles rather than a set of tags.
Industries
Built for these Pakistan businesses
Each one is a module with its own tables, screens and staff roles — not a set of tags on the same product.
- Study abroad consultancy software in PakistanStudent recruitment in Pakistan runs on WhatsApp, on counsellors' own numbers, against intake deadlines set in another hemisphere. The case file usually sees none of it.
- Aesthetic clinic software in PakistanClinic enquiries in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad arrive on WhatsApp and Instagram, out of hours, asking price and availability. The diary is usually a notebook or a shared calendar nobody trusts.
