How did we do today?

Thank you — we're sorry we fell short.

Your feedback goes straight to the manager. No public links are shown, and none were ever sent to this page.

Ask at the right moment

Send a review link from the inbox thread header, from a contact's page, from the requests table, or have the AI send it as part of a conversation. There's a bulk dialog when you want to ask many people at once. Inside the 24-hour window the request goes as a normal message on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram; outside it, it falls back to an approved WhatsApp template. Every request records where it came from and moves through a visible ladder: pending, sent, clicked, completed.

  • One shared send path for every source, so behaviour is identical everywhere
  • A follow-up reminder re-sends the same link after the delay you set
  • The reminder consumes no new token and no extra quota

The gate: public praise, private complaints

You set a star threshold. At or above it, the thank-you screen shows your public review links — Google, Facebook, Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp or a custom one — and a happy customer is one tap from leaving a review. Below it, they get a private thank-you and the feedback lands with you instead. The gate is resolved on the server: your platform links are never sent to the page when it loads, only in the thank-you payload once a rating qualifies. There is nothing in the page source to find.

Forms you design, on a page that looks like you

Build as many named forms as you need, up to 25 questions each, in three types — free text, a 1-to-5 scale, and yes/no — with required flags and drag-to-reorder. The public rating page carries your business name, logo and brand colour. Answers are stored as a snapshot that includes the question's own label and type, so editing a form later never rewrites what a past customer was actually asked.

A queue you can actually work

Every submitted review lands in an inbox with the stars, the customer's first comment and a link to their record. Filter to 'needs attention' or to a specific star count. A low rating is flagged as an alert you can resolve or reopen, which turns a bad review into a service-recovery task rather than a notification you scroll past.

Walk-ins too

Each form also has a permanent public link and a downloadable QR code, sized to print on a receipt or a counter card. Someone who never gave you their number can still leave a review, and it arrives in the same inbox as everything else.
