Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of 1 CRM’s platform, website and related services (“1 CRM”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
Accounts are provisioned by invitation. You are responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the conduct of team members you invite. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to bind the business you represent.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use 1 CRM to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages, or otherwise violate the policies of WhatsApp, Meta, or any connected channel.
- Break applicable laws, including messaging, privacy and consumer laws.
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
- Message people who have not consented to hear from you.
You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact your customers and for complying with the terms of the Meta platforms you connect.
Your customer data
As between you and us, you own the contacts, messages and content you process through 1 CRM. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service on your behalf. Our handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select. Messaging and AI usage may incur charges from Meta and your AI provider that are separate from our fees and payable directly to them.
Intellectual property
The platform, including its software and design, is owned by 1 CRM and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
Third-party services
The service integrates with third parties such as Meta and AI providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1 CRM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability is limited as permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
