Your Page inbox, worked by the same team and the same assistant
Connect a Facebook Page and its Messenger conversations land in the same inbox, against the same contacts, with the same assistant as every other channel.
- Connect a Page in a few clicks
- Same inbox, same assistant, same hand-off
- 24-hour reply window, with no template escape
- Interactive elements down-map rather than fail

One Page, one connection
Connect the Facebook Page you already run. Messenger conversations arrive in the shared inbox alongside WhatsApp, Instagram and website chat, with presence, assignment, unread state and the full history — there is no separate Messenger screen to remember to check.

The window, and what is different about it
Messenger has the same 24-hour reply window as WhatsApp and, unlike WhatsApp, no approved-template route once it closes. That is a Meta rule rather than a missing feature, and it is worth knowing before you plan a campaign around it: broadcasts are WhatsApp-only for exactly this reason.

Interactive elements come down a level
An assistant that offers buttons or a list on WhatsApp will offer quick replies on Messenger instead, because that is what the channel supports. Media captions are dropped for the same reason. Nothing fails and nothing is silently lost — the message arrives in the richest form the channel actually has.
- Buttons and lists become quick replies
- Media still sends; the caption does not
- The assistant does not need to know which channel it is on

The honest bit about identity
Meta identifies a Messenger sender by an opaque, Page-scoped id. It carries no phone number and no email, so there is no key to match against a contact you already have — a customer who messages you on WhatsApp and on Messenger arrives as two records. We would rather say that here than have you discover it from a duplicate. Where a phone number does exist, contacts are merged automatically.
