The enquiry that arrives at 11pm
Answered now, not at nine tomorrow
Two thirds of the messages a small business gets arrive outside the hours it is open. Answering them the next morning is not slow service — it is losing the ones who asked three places at once.
- Answers in seconds, whatever time it is
- Books the appointment rather than promising someone will call
- Hands over the moment a question needs a person
- Works the same on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website

Today
Enquiries sit unread until morning; the ones who messaged three businesses go with whoever replied first.
With this running
Every enquiry gets a real answer within a minute, and the ones worth a person's time are waiting with context attached.
Step by step
What actually happens
- Customer
Hi, do you have anything on Saturday? And how much is it?
- Assistant
Checks the time and what the business offers, looks up whether it has spoken to this number before, and reads back the real availability.
- Assistant
“We do — Saturday has 11:00 and 15:30 free, and it's PKR 4,500. Shall I hold one for you?”
- Customer
11 please
- Assistant
Books it, tags the contact as a weekend enquiry, and confirms.
- Your team
Opens the inbox at nine to a booked appointment rather than an unanswered question.

It answers with what is actually free
The difference between this and an auto-responder is that it reads the real diary before it says anything. It knows what you offer, what it costs, who can do it and which slots are genuinely open — so “Saturday at 11 is free” is a fact rather than a hope, and the customer can take it there and then.
- Reads live availability, never a cached list
- Knows your own timezone and opening hours
- Recognises a returning customer from their number
- Answers in whatever language they wrote in

And it knows what it does not know
The value is not that it answers everything. It is that it answers the routine seventy per cent completely and correctly, and hands the rest to a person with the thread already summarised. A question about a medical concern, a complaint, an unusual request — those become a flagged conversation, not a guess.

Held to your words, not a generic script
The persona, the tone and the rules are yours. An instructions library holds the things it must always say and the things it must never promise — a deposit policy, a cancellation window, the fact that you do not do a particular treatment — and it reads them when they are relevant rather than carrying every rule in every message.

Other things it does
The voice note in Urdu at midnight
It listens, understands, and can reply the same way
In a lot of markets the voice note is the default, not the exception — and every one of them is a message somebody has to stop and listen to. This listens instead, and answers in the language it was asked in.
Learn moreThe customer who sends a photo
It looks, describes, and routes it to the right person
A photo is the fastest way for a customer to explain something and the slowest thing for a business to process, because it cannot be searched, sorted or read at a glance six weeks later.

The three questions you always ask, always asked
Sales time is wasted on discovery that could have happened before the conversation started. The three questions are always the same, and the customer is perfectly willing to answer them at midnight.
