The default build

The whole platform, with nothing switched off

The default, and what most businesses run: every core capability, with no industry module narrowing it to one trade.

  • Every core capability, nothing held back
  • The generic bookings module, which industry accounts don't get
  • Pipelines, fields and tags named the way your team talks
  • Add an industry module later if you ever need one

Sound familiar?

The problems this was built for

  • Customers messaging four different places, answered by whoever notices first
  • A CRM built for someone else's trade, with half its fields left blank
  • The follow-up that mattered living in someone's personal phone
  • Paying per seat, then rationing who gets to answer customers
  • Software that assumes you are a shop, or a clinic, or an agency — and you are none of them

Nothing is held back

There is no starter tier here and no feature waiting behind an upgrade. An account with no industry module gets every core capability there is: the shared inbox across all five channels, a private inbox for personal numbers, contacts with tags and custom fields, saved segments, deal pipelines, bookings, reviews and reputation, broadcasts, and the AI assistant with its own tools and budget.

  • Unlimited team members — seats are not what you pay for
  • All five channels, not a subset
  • The public API and the MCP server, on every account

Bookings is yours, specifically

This is the one thing a plain account has that an industry account does not. Core ships a general-purpose scheduling module — a four-view team calendar, per-member availability, booking types, a public page customers book themselves, and four lifecycle message rules — and it is available precisely because no vertical module has claimed the diary. On a clinic account it stands down entirely, because the clinic's own diary owns that ground.

Shaped by you, not by us

The generic build is not a build with the specifics missing — it is one where you supply them. Name your own pipeline stages so the board reads the way your team already talks. Add the custom fields your work actually needs. Tag contacts on your own terms and turn any filter into a saved list you can broadcast to. A new account seeds a sensible default pipeline on first visit so there is something to work with on day one, and you rename it into your own language from there.

Start here, and add a module later if you ever need one

Running without an industry module is not a lesser state you have to grow out of, and it does not paint you into a corner. An account that starts generic can have a module added later. The one thing to know is that it goes one way: once a module is set, it is frozen, because moving a live account between verticals means moving real records — patients, cases, invoices — and that is a migration rather than a settings toggle. So there is no rush, and no penalty for waiting until you are sure.

Who this is right for

Almost everyone. Agencies, retailers, property, education, trades, professional services, hospitality — any business whose work is conversations, customers and follow-up, which is most of them. The two industry modules exist because a clinic and a study abroad consultancy have records and money the core CRM genuinely cannot hold. If yours doesn't, the generic build is not a compromise; it is the product.
