A calendar is not a cart
A service business's scarce resource is a person's time, and the software has to model that: practitioner availability, treatment duration, a diary the database will not let you double-book, and a rescheduled appointment that moves its own reminder. That is a different shape from an order, and building it on top of a commerce product is where service businesses usually end up with a spreadsheet beside the platform.

Three industry modules, with more than prompts behind them
Aesthetics clinics, study-abroad consultancies and UAE corporate services each ship their own database tables, routes, scheduled jobs, AI tools and staff roles. The clinic module contributes a Doctor role with its own workspace; the corporate module contributes four, including a Client who logs in to watch their own case.
